Terms of sale

1. Object and Scope

These general terms of sale (CGV) govern all sales of products (wines from the Holy Land, personalized parchments) concluded on the Jubilee Association website.

2. Orders and Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (EUR), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The Association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The order is validated after full payment.

3. Delivery and Withdrawal

We ship to France, Israel and worldwide, by tracked or express carrier. Standard shipping is free over €80; otherwise the cost (standard, express or store pickup) is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times are indicative (2 to 12 business days depending on the zone). For wines (non-personalized products) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Hand-calligraphed parchments are personalized and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Sale of Alcohol

The sale of wine is strictly reserved for adults of legal age in their country of residence. By validating your order containing wine, you certify that you have reached the required legal age.
